. Tartlet of vegetables in a Provencal dressing on crushed tomatoes, fried quail egg
. Crusty rolls of large prawns with basil, peanuts sauce perfumed with lime (sup. 3€)
. Organic egg coated with hazelnuts, crayfishes and toasted bread fingers
